Boundaries: Where do they come from and what can you do about them?

In my corporate life, my business and my personal life, I have experienced two types of boundaries.

The first type of boundary is best described as the ones I felt had been placed around me and they were also the ones I felt I needed to conform to.

The second type of boundary was the ones I placed on my self - my comfort zone.

When I started looking at my different boundaries, I realised I needed to look at both areas and began to identify what truly belonged to me. I then needed to distinguish which boundaries were in alignment with what I wanted to achieve.
