Feeling the Pressure?

Not too long ago, I had a massive week and weekend that meant that I didn’t get to look at my inbox between late Wednesday evening and Monday morning. When I got to Monday, I went into a small melt down – 50+ emails waiting to be actioned, and I had a 10-hour day ahead with clients.

I put my head down and got through the day and then woke up Tuesday morning to discover there was even more things added into my calendar and it felt more overwhelming than Monday! By Tuesday afternoon I had reached my limit and I needed to find a way to take the pressure off, so this is what I did:

💙 I went into my awesome Balance Central Room

💙 I sat quietly – no devices, no interruptions

💙 Within 5 mins my mind settled, and I had the solution

By asking the question – what would make it easy? I opened up to some simple solutions. I am so grateful that I took that 5 mins time out because it allowed this simple solution to appear and it made a massive difference to how I felt.
