A recent question from a client prompted me to share this message today. The question was about manifesting, “What is manifesting?”
It is our ability to decide on what we want, followed by us being able to see it in our existence. As we chatted some more, my client revealed that every day she journals about her thoughts and what she observes in the world and has a gratitude practice that she ensures is not just surface things, she likes to go deep. As the conversation continued, almost at the same time, we realised that there was an element missing:
Acknowledging her emotions.
When we acknowledge our feelings, we can start to determine which emotions are being helpful and which ones are hindering our decisions.
