It can be difficult to find solutions when dealing with problems directly. However, creating some space through meditation or other processes allows problems to be let go of temporarily.
If you can make some space for yourself, the answers tend to fill the void, but they’re not able to fill the void if it’s constantly full of your own internal junk.
When I get overwhelmed, the first thing I do is walk away and create some space between me and whatever it is that is overwhelming me.
