What do I have to complain about? Not much and yet it is easy to fall into venting about the smallest of things……
Through this #easyconversation with Ian we identified the following things to help stop the complaining in it’s tracks
- Recognise the expectations you have
- Identify what is so important
- Slow down and ask some questions (or get someone else to ask the questions)
- Take note of what the hidden need is
- Find a way to get what you need
- Invite compassion into your thoughts
Simple ways that can help to break the cycle.
