...We all have those moments when we feel completely off-centre. Wound up. Disconnected. But here’s the thing—if we can notice it, we’ve already started to change it.

...We can get caught up waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect idea, or the perfect plan—but often, those never arrive until after we’ve already started.
...Let’s be honest — a lot of us are chronic over preparers. We plan, we list, we troubleshoot before the problem even exists. And still… something unexpected always pops up.
...We don’t always see it coming — that subtle pressure to say yes before we’re ready.
When logistics line up and the timing seems perfect, we assume the answer should be clear.
But sometimes, what we’re really responding to is FOMO — not excitement.
We make the decision, we commit to the new way and then the wheels drop off and we are back to the old ways again.
