We all have those moments when we feel completely off-centre. Wound up. Disconnected. But here’s the thing—if we can notice it, we’ve already started to change it.

...We can get caught up waiting for the perfect moment, the perfect idea, or the perfect plan—but often, those never arrive until after we’ve already started.
...Let’s be honest — a lot of us are chronic over preparers. We plan, we list, we troubleshoot before the problem even exists. And still… something unexpected always pops up.
...We don’t always see it coming — that subtle pressure to say yes before we’re ready.

...You can’t see yourself in action. You think you know what you look like.
...We all have a lot going on, and then we add even more.
...The balance between feeling safe and embracing the unexpected is tricky.
...When’s the right time to push and when the time to just wait and see and let it happen.
...Feeling proud of someone else is easy, feeling proud of ourselves? That is a whole over thing.Â
