A retired female struggling with her eating and drinking choices. She was wanting to find a simple way of putting a stop to the habits. By releasing the negative thought patterns the 9pm eating urges have now gone.
I had been frustrated by my habit of late night eating and drinking, I was gaining weight and not functioning properly during the day. Chris did a balance focusing on eating, drinking and sleeping patterns. I was amazed to find that my former desires/habits had stopped, not because I had the 'will power' to decide not to do it, but that I just didn't have the thought in the first place.
I have found RAW a fantastic technique for releasing my negative thought patterns. The words 'easy' and 'freedom' spring to mind. I can now get on with the things that are important to me. Thank you soooooooo much Chris.
